Fat Free Pumpkin Banana Smoothie Recipe By Drea
Hello Beautiful People!!! A yummy treat that is both quick and very easy to make, just a few simple ingredients and you have a low calorie drink as a snack, desert or to hold you over until a meal. My apologies to anyone else who may have a recipe that is the same or similar.I did not make this from a recipe just added in what I thought would help me use up some canned pure pumpkin I had left over from another recipe I made over the holidays. This tasted a bit spicy to me, perhaps next time I wont add in as much spices or cinnamon. It was deliciously sweet as I like it with 4 Sweet N Low/ packets. This made quite a bit of smoothie, more than me or Hubby could drink ourselves. Minutes to Prepare: 4 Number of Servings: 2.5 16oz Servings Ingredients 2 Cup Borden Fat Free Skim Milk 2 Cups(16oz) Frozen Banana 4oz (1/2 Cup) Libby’s Canned 100% Pure Pumpkin 1/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon 4 Packets Sweet N Low Sweetener or Sweetener of Choice 1 Blender Directions Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth, serve and enjoy! He shows the power of interactive exercises, and calls for teachers to consider flipping the traditional classroom script — give students video lectures to watch at home, and do “homework” in the classroom with the teacher available to help.
